Wellbeing Support Person
Student wellbeing at Nilma Primary School includes a Government sponsored Wellbeing Support Person two days a week. The Wellbeing Support Person is a valued member of staff and works with students, staff and parents, helping build social skills, responsible behaviour, accountability as well as making sense of, and adjustments to, life issues.
This service provides a safe and inclusive environment and includes physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. This happens with mutual respect and the promotion of understanding of diversity, within a range of cultures and relevant traditions.
Our Wellbeing Support Person is an integral part of our staff and student wellbeing team and can be accessed by request.
